P&E was founded in 1946 to provide a skilled firm to fabricate and erect power piping. From our beginning serving electrical generating plants, our business has grown to include serving refineries, chemical, industrial and food processing plants, along with ASME code fabrication and repair, millwright services, and heavy mechanical construction.
